Recalling the historical injustices imposed on Africa such as slavery, colonisation, depletion of natural resources and taking into account the firm will if African people for self determination and economic integration of africa but ever cognisant of the obstacles that will prevent Africans in the diaspora from fully participating freely in different activities. Reaffirming the need to take appropriate measures to promote and protect the rights of an African. Acknowledging the commitments already made such as the black lives matter which shouldn't only stop in saying and writing but also in deeds.
